Your Scottish vacation includes full Scottish breakfasts (or less if you like) and dinners every day but one or two (depending upon our itinerary). Wine is included with all dinners.

"The Old Monastery" (which is exactly that) is known to most Grampian Highlanders as one of the best restaurants in the Highlands.

The Monastery is a wee way up in the hills but Maureen and Douglas Gray's warm welcome, the relaxed atmosphere, and wonderful food are plentiful reward.

The Old Monastery is well deserved of its Highland reputation.

Lastly, since we stay at the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh, we can't miss what is arguably "the" dining experience in Scotland.

The Balmoral's kitchen is of acclaimed world calibre and provides fine international cuisine at its very best. The surroundings for our private dinner are luxurious elegance, and the cuisine and service are outstanding.

Sure to please even the most discerning, The Balmoral is in a class by itself.
